Flux Consultancy

Things we built that didn't fit a client deck.

Some engagements end with a piece of work that wants a second life. What follows is the short list: the AI agents, OpenClaw setups, PowerShell automations, and internal tooling we now bring to new briefs instead of starting from scratch.

01

Internal tooling

PowerShell Automation Toolkit

A reusable library of modules for Windows-heavy environments - directory operations, mailbox audits, health checks, and log triage. Treated as a system rather than a pile of one-off scripts, so each engagement starts from a tested baseline instead of a blank file.

Deployed integration

Self-Hosted AI Agents

Conversational agents we run on your infrastructure, wired into the channels your team already lives in - Slack, Teams, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, email. Used for support deflection, scheduling, internal knowledge, and process automation, with eval and cost telemetry built in.

03

Data intelligence

OSINT-Driven KYC Research

A public-records pipeline for regulated-sector clients running enrichment, due diligence, and identity verification from minimal inputs. Pulls signal from open sources, deduplicates, and produces audit-ready outputs that fit existing compliance workflows.
